# How the Funds will be used.

Allocation of funds from the sales of the FFM & FFM x Spy-da Collections will be distributed as outlined below:

**Spy-da Music Group:**

* Rent for premises for the next 5 years: The funds will be used to secure a suitable space that can house all the companies under the SMG umbrella. This space will also serve as a youth club, providing support and opportunities for underprivileged kids.

**Spy-da Productions Ltd:**

* Upgrading hardware and software: The majority of the funds allocated to Spy-da Productions will be invested in enhancing the mastering and vocal chains through the addition of newer hardware and software. This will ensure high-quality production capabilities.
* Hiring a Full-Time Social Media Manager: A dedicated professional will be brought on board to run effective marketing campaigns and promote the studio and its services across all social media platforms.
* Hiring Sales Staff: To generate new business, a sales team consisting of gradually increasing members will be hired. Their compensation will be based on a combination of salary and commission.
* Hiring In-House Marketing Staff: An in-house marketing team will be recruited to execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms.
* Hiring Junior Producers: To support the growth of the studio, junior producers will be employed, contributing to the overall production process.

**Spy-da Recordings:**

* Artist Advances: Funds will be allocated to provide advances to artists signed to Spy-da Recordings, supporting their creative endeavour's.
* Staff: The necessary staff members, such as administrative personnel, AnR staff, and a dedicated PPL & PRS administrator, will be hired to manage the operations of Spy-da Recordings effectively.

**Spy-da Music:**

* Completion of Spy-daMusic.com platform: The funds will be used to finalise any remaining development work on the Spy-daMusic.com platform.
* Development of iPhone and Android Apps: The mobile apps will be further developed and optimised for a seamless user experience.
* New Feature for the Store: Additional features will be added to the store section of the platform, enhancing the user interface and expanding the range of available content.
* Integration of Web 3.0 Technologies: The integration of technologies like MetaMask and other wallets will enable Web 3.0 functionalities and enhance user interactions.
* Integration with ETH Blockchain: The platform will be integrated with the Ethereum blockchain to leverage its capabilities for secure transactions and ownership verification.
* Staff: Various staff members, including administrative personnel, AnR staff, and a developer dedicated to building the MetaVerse and Spy-da City, will be hired.

**Spy-da Music Publishing:**

* Administrative Staff: Three administrative staff members will be employed to handle publishing and licensing deals and agreements effectively.

**Community Pool:**

* Supporting community projects: A portion of the funds will be allocated to create a community pool of £250,000. The Discord community will have the opportunity to vote on and execute projects that benefit the community. Participants in these projects will receive a stake in the winning ventures.
* Empowering others and making a positive impact: SMG aims to establish an empire that not only focuses on its own success but also empowers others and creates real change in people's lives and communities. A portion of the funds will be dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in need.

**Youth Club:**

* Providing support for underprivileged kids: SMG recognises the challenges faced by underprivileged kids and aims to make a difference by establishing a youth club. This club will offer opportunities for involvement in various aspects of media, providing training and tools for the music business and media industries.
* Partnership for career guidance: SMG is actively working on a partnership to assist individuals who are unsure about their career paths, particularly in music and media. More information about this partnership will be shared in the future.
