# Welcome to the SMG White Paper

Welcome to the SMG White Paper, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various components within the SMG ecosystem. Our goal is to offer an overview of the SMG project, including the studio services, music streaming platform, music publishing company, partnerships, collaborations, and future developments.

As we venture into the world of NFTs and the MetaVerse, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our own NFT collections. We have established partnerships with companies and artists to ensure an engaging experience for our members. If you're interested in participating, our whitelist for NFT drops will open soon, and you can find more information in the menu links to the right.

For NFT holders seeking a deeper understanding of the investment potential behind holding Spy-da NFTs, Funky Fire Monkey NFTs, or Funky Fire Monkey x Spy-da NFTs, we encourage you to join our Discord community. There, you can engage with like-minded individuals and gain insights into the lucrative opportunities associated with these NFTs.

Please note that this white paper is a work in progress, and some sections may still be incomplete. We recommend checking back regularly or joining our Discord community for updates. If you are interested in becoming a valued community member or investing in SMG, we highly recommend getting involved early, particularly for our first Airdrop.

## Overview

> Spy-da Music Group serves as the parent company for Spy-da Productions Ltd, Spy-da Recordings Ltd, and Spy-da Music Publishing Ltd. The journey began with the establishment of Spy-da Productions Ltd in 2006, followed by the incorporation of the other companies in 2014. Currently, Spy-da Productions Ltd is actively operating, providing recording, mixing, and mastering services to the public.

> Spy-da Recordings, established in 2014, had been put on hold for several years due to various factors. However, we are now actively seeking to sign artists and producers to the label this year. We have a substantial collection of over 400 recordings that are being finalised and uploaded to our platform, Spy-daMusic.com.

> Spy-daMusic.com is an exciting new platform developed by the owner/founder and a dedicated team of developers. It is a comprehensive download and streaming site designed to provide front and backend support for artists. The platform integrates a store offering music downloads, a Beat Store for producers, merchandise sales, and NFTs. The functionality of the platform extends beyond traditional streaming services.

> Spy-da Music Publishing holds the publishing rights for all the material produced at Spy-da Productions Ltd, eliminating the need for third-party involvement in the UK. Additionally, one of our mid-term goals for Spy-da Music Publishing is to establish partnerships with sub-publishers worldwide. Details of the roadmap for Spy-da Music Publishing can be found in the menu links.

> While significant progress has been made to date, there is still work to be done to bring this ambitious project to the market. We have successfully built a high-quality music studio and our own distribution platform. Now, our focus is on elevating each company within the group to the next level and achieving our long-term objectives.
